When you place an order with The Special Needs Shop for delivery from outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination. We cannot b responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance as we have no control over these charges.
The Special Needs Shop does not sell products to children. We sell children's products which must be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you may use The Special Needs Shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Shortages and/or damaged goods must be reported to The Special Needs Shop within 5 working days after items have been dispatched (15 working days for customers receiving items from overseas), otherwise we reserve the right not to authorise credit for any shortages or damaged goods subsequently reported.

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Payments can be made via cheque (UK customers only) and electronic transfers via our secure payment system. All customers using electronic devices for purchase must have permission from the owner of such devise if such devise is not registered under the customer’s name. When payments are made by cheque, the Special Needs Shop can only process your order once full payment has been received.
